Sometimes life is truly unfair.
It was announced today with heavy hearts that November will be the last month of UNO Danceclub at their home on Yarra Street.
Starting back in 2015, UNO began as a place that played music that nobody else did, focusing on bringing Geelong the best talent and freshest sounds from Australia and all over the globe, in an inclusive and friendly environment that felt like home.
Since then, they’ve had some of the biggest names in the industry, including Claptone, Motez, Tash Sultana, RÜFÜS / RÜFÜS DU SOL, Bag Raiders, Super Flu, Adana Twins, Tornado Wallace, Kilter, Cut Copy, Touch Sensitive, Monkey Safari and many many more.
In celebrate the end of an era, the team are showcasing our superstar team of resident DJs over the next two weeks (Nov. 11 + Nov. 18), and going out with a bang with the help of Polish vibe-slingers catz n dogz.
Never fear though, the guys assure us this isn’t the end for the team. Keep an eye out for what they are working on moving forward.
