Sexual assault and domestic violence crimes are by measure the most common crimes committed in Australia, one in three women have experienced physical and/or sexual violence committed by someone known to them.
The Full Stop Foundation aims to help support and resource the work of Rape & Domestic Violence Services in Australia, their focus is on prevention and engaging with individuals, foundations, businesses and community leaders to create meaningful change.
The Muses and Your Highness promotions are bringing you Full Stop Fest, a day filled with fourteen punk, rock and metal bands spread over two stages at the Bendigo Hotel in Collingwood.
All profits from the day will go towards The Full Stop Foundation, the event aims to raise awareness and support survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence.
The line-up features Scaphis, Crystal Ignite, Trigger, Flynn Effect, Atomic Death Squad, Demonhead, Suldusk, Horizon’s Edge, Interitum (TAS), Filth Dimension, Paper Souls (TAS), Monarchus, The Ménage and Valkyrie Odin.
The event is on Saturday May 11th at the Bendigo Hotel Collingwood and will run from 4pm until 1am.
