The brainchild of Jon Gilchrist and Tristan Gall, The Mane Event is a music festival that works to raise awareness and money for mental health services within the local community.
Geelong’s Barwon Club will host the event on October 14, but right now the team is looking for a little help.
Beginning in 2014 the event has seen the likes of the Painters and Dockers, Mick Thomas, The Badloves and The Black Sorrows perform, raising more than $10,000 for the cause over the three years.
