The Jezabels are heading to the coast for free this March

The Corona SunSets Presents tour series is back to bring you those ‘Endless Summer’ vibes, taking celebrated Australian indie rock act The Jezabels on a massive 20 date tour around the country for free this March and April – including stops at The Torquay Hotel and The Lorne Hotel.

“The Jezabels is Corona’s first tour of 2019 and they join an incredible list of Australian and international artists that have played at venues all over the country for Corona SunSets, including Grammy Award winners Portugal. The Man, triple j favourites Cloud Control and The Rubens, and in the past six months Touch Sensitive and Boo Seeka. There’s no better way to extend your summer than with an evening of awesome music, sunsets and buckets of icy cold cervezas,” says Corona Australia Brand Manager, Shencina Conway.

After first meeting at high school in Bryon Bay, The Jezabels formed in Sydney in 2007 and their unique, genre bending sound coupled with Hayley Mary’s powerful vocals, immediately caught the attention of radio and music fans alike.

Described as a blend of indie rock and disco pop, The Jezabels have so far released three EPs and three critically acclaimed albums, collecting rave reviews, ARIA Awards, Gold & Platinum certifications, top ten spots on triple j’s Hottest 100 and an Australian Music Prize along the way.

They’ve played every major Australian music festival – Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival, Groovin the Moo, headlining Laneway and more, plus spots on Glastonbury (UK), The Governor’s Ball (US), Lollapalooza (US) and T in the Park (UK).

They’ve toured the world multiple times and shared the stage with the likes of Tegan & Sara, Garbage, Imagine Dragons and Depeche Mode to name a few.

Back for their first national tour since 2016, The Jezabels said “We are really excited be heading out this March for our first national tour in two and a half years, and our most extensive to date, hitting both the major cities and regionals as well. This is our favourite kind of touring. Can’t wait.”

Gather your mates and get ready for an evening of idyllic sunsets, soaring sounds and cold Coronas this March and April.

The Torquay Hotel – March 16 & The Lorne Hotel – March 24.
