Saké Restaurant & Bar are bringing five epic Cherry Blossom cocktails to the table this September

Celebrating the arrival of spring, and the stunning Sakura, or cherry blossom, Saké Restaurant and Bar will be hosting an exclusive Champagne dinner, with special Cherry Blossom-inspired cocktails available throughout September.
All restaurants will be partaking in the arrival of spring by portraying stunning floral displays in each bar as a breathtaking ode to the Sakura.
Guests will be given the chance to enjoy cherry blossom soirées beneath a canopy of pink petals, and choose from a list of five cocktails, all inspired by these beautiful Japanese flowers.
Cherry blossom cocktails will also be available at Saké Flinders Lane, and Double Bay. The Cherry Blossom inspired Cocktails (get ready for it) are:
-In Bloom: blends sakura-infused Roku gin, lychee liqueur, lime juice, lychees, cherry and sakura flower syrup
-Signature Cherry: is a decadent combination of vodka, Sakura Vermouth and cherry shrub
-Japanese Cobbler: combines Shiso Umeshu, Ketel One Citroen, sakura syrup, yuzu juice and cherry blossom water
-Blushing Blossom: mixes whisky, Heering Cherry Liqueur, Choya Uji Green Tea Umeshu, honey water, yuzu juice, passionfruit and egg white
-Red Kuchibiru: combines shochu kome with cherry shrub and glühwein mix
