In what will become some of the biggest and best all-ages shows of 2019, Victoria’s leading youth music organisation The Push Inc and triple j Unearthed are teaming up for a huge all-ages tour across Victoria this October, bringing Ruby Fields and Baker Boy to Geelong and Hepburn Springs.
Since bursting onto the scene back in 2017, Sydney’s raw-power Ruby Fields has become a favourite of ours (and many others!), packing out stages at festivals like Splendour In The Grass and Laneway and selling out headline shows across the country. She’ll be bringing her latest, infectious EP Permanent Hermit, as well as the nostalgic, slow-burning anthem ‘Dinosaurs’ (which nabbed the #8 spot on this year’s Hottest 100) to this exciting all-ages, fully supervised, drug, alcohol and smoke-free event.
Alongside Fields, Baker Boy promises to tear up the regional stages. Leading a definitive new generation of Indigenous musicians (he just took out the Artist of the Year spot at this year’s National Indigenous Music Awards), Baker Boy has climbed the ladder of success with his huge singles like ‘In Control’ and ‘Cool As Hell’, along with becoming known for his wildly energetic live shows. With one of the most unique voices in Australian hip-hop right now, Baker Boy will have you on your feet.

That’s not all though. Fields and Baker Boy are looking for some of the best underage regional acts to join them at each stop, thanks to a competition hosted by the legends at The Push and Unearthed.
If you’re aged 18 or under and located in Central Victoria, Ballarat, South West Victoria or Gippsland, all you have to do is upload your music to the triple j Unearthed site by Sunday, 8th September – but if you’ve already done so, no dramas, you’re already automatically in with a chance. Woo hoo!!

They’ll hit up stages in Palais-Hepburn, Hepburn Springs on Saturday, October 12, and Geelong West Town Hall, Geelong on Sunday, October 13. You can pick up tickets here.
Patrons under 12 can attend but must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
