Record Store Day is tomorrow, here’s how to spend it

Tomorrow is national Record Store Day, and there is no better way to support local, independent record shops across the region than checking out what they have to offer.

Live music, discounted and limited-edition vinyl’s will be showcased throughout a number of local record stores to support the day.

Here’s where you can find what’s happening, and stores you can support this Record Store day.

Prehistoric Sounds Warrnambool

Hosting a free, all ages event with live music from The 2nds and Smoke Witch, all proceeds are going to the Lady Bay Blues Club. You can find 130 Liebig Street, Warrnambool.

Leading Edge Music Colac

Playing vinyl all day, and are encouraging customers to bring in their favourite records to be heard throughout the store, they are also extending their hours from 9am-3pm for the day. Leading Edge is located at 186 Murray Street, Colac.

Real Music Vinyl & CDs

Indie rock band Tiny Giants are playing live in store and there are a huge range of vinyls on offer for discounted prices. Buy your records at 83 Lt Malop Street, Geelong.

Hardcopy Entertainment

Receive 20% off all vinyl tomorrow, as well as giveaways all throughout the day. Hardcopy are at 6 Abbot Arcade, Bendigo.
