If you are looking for a track with killer vocals, chilled vibes and a little bit of emotion, this indie single from Kezra is just for you. Matched up with great production from Melbourne’s Mark Zito (FRACTURES) and mixing and mastering duties handled by Simon Lam of Kllo fame, ‘Better Place’ is one to kick start your morning on the drive to work!
Listen to it below…

With mixing and mastering duties handled by Simon Lam of Kllo fame, ‘Better Place’ firmly sits within the crop of new Melbourne indie music that is positioned for bigger things as the next few months of 2018 continue to reveal themselves..
To celebrate this absolute pearler of a track, Kezra has given us her top locations to escape to.
Enter, Kezra’s Better Places…
Byron Bay NSW
Ocean, Live music, Relaxed Atmosphere – Do I need to say anymore?
Ubud, Bali
I’ve been here twice and will always go back here to wind down, do some yoga and take life slowly for a few days, write some music.
Cape Tribulation QL
No phone signal – perfect for switching off from the world. The most beautiful spot where the rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef.
Here I can be completely entwined with my music.
Phillip Island, VIC
ahh, the island.. I use to come here most holidays growing up. The hectic waves and insane lookout spots are quite amazing and some sneaky spots that people don’t go to. Yet only 1.2 hours from home, makes this a top place to go for a quick getaway. We actually filmed the Video Clip here!
Clearlake, CA
This was probably one of the most magical views i’d ever seen, not to far from the Napa Valley (Parent Trap vibes much).
I have family that lives on this hill which overlooks this crystal blue lake in California, If I could spend some time writing in the USA, this would definitely be the spot.
If you like what you hear, you will be able to see KEZRA bring ‘Better Place’ and more tasty tidbits of what’s still to come, to the Ontop Bar in Melbourne on May 5th.
Go on, lock it in. You know you want to!
