A brewery that continually pushes the boundaries on flavour combinations and creative collaborations, Blackman’s Brewery are back again with another one.
This Friday, the legends at Blackman’s are dropping their newest brew – Vanilla Choc Mud Cake Stout.
This rich, warming stout is brewed with numerous specialty grains including oats for that creamy mouthfeel, chocolate and double roasted crystal all yielding luscious layers of complex malty goodness. Vanilla and a high finishing gravity make this dessert beer both sweet and satiating, while the roast barley and oak balance it out.
Basically, if you have ever sprinkled roast barley on top of the chocolate cake your Nan baked you for your birthday, then it kind of tastes like that!
The brewery are celebrating the launch in ultimate style, pairing the brew with an epic chocolate cake dessert. Unfortunately, it’s all sold out for launch day so this is more of an FYI for the coming weeks.
