Frolic Festival’s 2019 schedule includes its first-ever Carnival Day, featuring a performance from Yana Alana along with many Ballarat performers. Other events in the program include Frolic Cabaret, Bush Dance, Granny Bingo, The Wandering Circus and Afternoon of Jazz and Wine Tasting.
