Billy Thorpe once made a comment when asked about John Dallimore. He said a ‘Frightening guitar player Most of the inhabitants of Cats territory know who John Dallimore [JD] is.’
Formerly of ‘Redhouse’, his own band ‘Dallimore’, Max Merrit and Jon English and The Foster Brothers, JD has an illustrious list of credits as a guitarist, singer, song writer and music teacher.
Coupled up with Kenny Miller – local muso who John has been playing with since the early ninties – the two are back together again for a one off afternoon Sunday session at Slate Bar and Pool Lounge at 50 Little Ryrie Street on Australia Day Weekend, January 27 3pm- 6pm.
Should be a fantastic afternoon.
