Hosted in a private room adjacent to the newly renovated Cellar Door, settle in by the fireplace with a glass of Swan Bay Cuvee Brut Sparkling and enjoy a series of gourmet nibbles before meeting Scotchmans Hill’s Chief Winemaker, Robin Brockett.
He will take you through 12 different pinot noirs from across our estate grown range of wines, of varying styles and vintages.
Two flights (eight wines) will be perfectly paired with delicious canapes made by our head chef, featuring local produce, including; Drysdale goats cheese, locally smoked salmon, La Madre bread, Portarlington mussels, Bannockburn free range chicken and Lonsdale Hydroponics
