There’s an exciting new bar in Melbourne that’s hidden away from prying eyes.
The Store Room is one of St Kilda’s best kept secrets, the charming and eclectic cocktails bar that was once a barber shop is filled with quirky collectables and is the perfect destination to start or finish a night out.
To discover The Store Room for yourself you’ll have to dial up the automated phone inside the doorway and request your exclusive entry.
The bar features marble basins and bars, retro lamps and beautiful wall decor including and Arne Jacobson armchair strapped to the wall, while specialising in Gin, Whiskeys and curious cocktails; offering a theatrical
presentation for the girls and robust drinks for the boys, there’s something for everyone.
While they don’t have a designated kitchen, The Store Room does offer a selection of cheese and meats for those who prefer food with their cocktails or for afternoons that require a heartier treat, they also make a killer jaffle.
