From Monday April 2nd – Thursday May 31st , you can purchase the triple decker ‘Barnyard Stack’. This burger consists of a handmade Cape grim grass-fed beef patty, a thick slice of free-range crumbed chicken, a generous portion of deliciously smoked bacon and a drizzle
of Spicy Smokey BBQ sauce – for an extra kick.
Between a soft-milk bun, and paired with fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, pickles, crunchy onion, and of course cheese, this burger is not to be missed.
Each burger will also be matched with a different craft beer to complement their unique flavours.
The first beer up is Young Henry’s classic pale Ale, with its fruity, yet bitter tang, helps to perfectly balance the complex flavours of the ‘Barnyard Stack’.
Customers can make the most of this perfect pairing, with a limited edition combo deal ($23.50), which includes the Barnyard Stack, and the Newtowner.
They will also receive an exclusive Burger Project t-shirt to showcase their achievement and go into the draw to win a fully catered house-party for 10 lucky burger lovers.
Winners can choose to host the party at their own home, or at the Young Henry Brewery in Sydney if they live locally.
