Sam Sure is one to watch

Having already gained a reputation for his charismatic tone and heartfelt lyrics, Sam Sure is set for an exciting 2018, kicking the year off with his melodic single ‘What About It?’
The London based singer-songwriter has previously been championed by Annie Mac and Zane Lowe on BBC’s Radio 1 for his first single ‘Hunger’ released through Black Butter Records back in 2014. He has since shared the stage with Ed Sheeran, Rudimental and Years & Years – just to name a few.
Last year Sam went into full writing mode releasing only a few features which included Davinches Powers album and TCTS’ & The Magicians Slow Motion song. 2017 was a year for Sam to develop his future sound and prepare his album – bringing us to this very point with his latest single a clear sign of good things to come.
‘What About It?’ was written in the hills of LA and is a commentary on Sam’s London lifestyle and the breakdown of a complex relationship dealing with hesitation, moments of clarity and and questioning what really matters when navigating through the ups and downs of a new connection – something we can all resonate with.
The song reiterates everything great about Sams music, charming melodies, smooth lyrics, distinct tone all accompanied by that chill pop production that you can’t just help but sitting back and listening to.
