The Seeker Café, formerly known as 2 Little Birds, has hit the local food scene this year. With a relaxed vibe, stylish new look, new chefs and an all-new menu, it’s the spot to be whether you’re on the run, with friends and family, or out on business.
Situated in Belmont, this family friendly cafe serves Code Black Coffee direct from Brunswick, alongside a menu of fresh modern food catering to a wide variety of tastes, including a range of gluten free and vegetarian options.
Breakfast can be sorted with the classics such as eggs on Sourdough your way, or the big breakfast with poached eggs, bacon, tomatoes, spinach, chorizo and mushrooms. The Seekola Granola Bombe will give you a fresh, healthy start to the day and smoothies with options of milk, water, apple juice, coconut, soy, or almonds as your base is a great option if you’re on the go.
A kids menu, complimented by a play area, is sure to keep the young ones content and the welcoming staff ensure the visit is an enjoyable one.
The Super Bowl or Isreali Bowl options are certainly something different to the norm and are a great excuse to try something different to your usual fare. Think Falafel, couscous, tomato, spinach, slaw and turkish bread topped with Hummus and Tahini!
While tempted to have the Bare Burrito, I settled on The Pull. Hard for me to go past a pulled pork burger, with a delicious Chipotle Sauce and a side of corn chips, which if put in the burger (as I did) added a great crunch! We have no doubt it will be a popular option.
