Hey Forte Readers!
Another month is upon us which means EIGHT WEEKS until Christmas… well maybe seven weeks by the time this issue hits stands! EEK!
No, I am not one of those organised people who have started Christmas shopping. I am one of those people who will last minute shop. Closer to December, I will gather some of my fave Christmas recipes together and provide you with some deliciousness. If you have any suggestions, please let me know as I’d love to pass on some family recipes I have as well! I am already dreaming about the abundance of seafood I’m going to be eating during the festive season.
For this issue, I thought I’d attach a delicious looking post workout smoothie recipe (See Below) and chat a little bit about the upcoming workshop I’ll be running.
This workshop I’ll be hosting alongside Mike James from Better Mobile Photos is a Food Photography workshop based around using your smart phone. The reason behind this workshop is to help people create beautiful imagery using their smart phones and it’s the perfect workshop for businesses to continue the beautiful pics in-between professional shoots.
During the workshop, I will chat about the apps I have been using, styling, lighting and everything else in-between! It’s going to be one not to miss, I hope to bring as much knowledge as I possibly can and hope to share some top secret things I do in order to create engagement among my images.
(Cough cough, may have stolen this from the husband who makes the most EPIC post workout smoothies!)
1 x Frozen Banana
Handful of Blueberries
Protein powder of your choice
Small Scoop of Oats
If this isn’t sweet enough then add a dash or honey or pure maple
Add ice if you want a thicker cold smoothie
Blitz everything together in your blender – Happy Sipping!
