Frequency 4’s Ascend 1.0 has found a venue

Bringing the best local and international electronic music acts to Geelong, Frequency 4 have secured a location to hold their Geelong Cup Eve event.

After the announcement of Kubu’s closure, the event was set to be cancelled. However, with persistence and sheer luck, the guys at The Deck have saved the day and are hosting the progressive, tech and trance music event.

Featuring a lineup of quality artists with big uplifting and progressive sounds, we’ll see Melbourne’s Pinkque (AKA Natasha Brekke) hitting the stage, massive French DJ and trance producer Ferry Tayle otherwise known as ‘The Wizard’ in the scene and local under dog Trancendent, otherwise known as Nicholas J Fuller.

The best part of all, alongside all these amazing acts? The event is not ticketed so it’s perfect for those last minute plans and if you’ve got those spontaneous mates so mark it in your diaries kids!!

It’s super affordable too, with just $20 entry. Doors will open at 7:30pm and there’ll be drink specials all night long.

Keep up to date via their Facebook event page.
