A summer French escape of music, food and friends is what awaits you at So Frenchy So Chic which is returning again for 2018.
It’s a true summer festival of pleasures, with even more music, food and frivolity for another year of wining, dining and dancing.
Taking place on Sunday January 14 at Werribee Park, the lineup is as wonderful as always, with long time SFSC favourite, the Nigerian-born, French rapper FÉFÉ, French-born Hervé Salters, aka GENERAL ELEKTRIKS, FRÀNÇOIS & THE ATLAS MOUNTAINS, très avant-garde JUNIORE and three piece L.E.J featuring.
As for the food, the crème de la crème of the local French foodie scene will be present, with festival goers treated to wine, aperitifs and specialty bites such as mussels, oysters, crêpes, charcuterie, cheese platters, raclette, macaroons, ice cream and much more. For those who like to plan their picnic ahead of time, there are specially curated hampers to pre-order with tasty inclusions from roasted chicken or ratatouille baguettes to goose egg meringues and berry salad with cream fraiche, along with equally délicieux vegetarian and gluten free options. And what garden party would be complete without Champagne? The finest from Laurent Perrier will be chilled and flowing all day, as will French beer, rosé from Provence, reds and whites from Bordeaux, and special cocktails at the SFSC vintage caravan.
