Hansaa, aka Vinay Matta, has just made his debut with the stunning single ‘Need To Know’ co-produced alongside LA-based production duo soso and featuring the stunningly raw and unmistakable vocals of Oliver Tank.
Understated, subtle, buoyant – all accurate descriptors for the synth-based track; there’s even a Tash Sultana-esque guitar solo nestled in there.
Hansaa dropped the track on Soundcloud a few weeks ago and it’s been getting some spins on triple j and Dave Ruby Howe at unearthed has written a glowing review for the track, saying “Powerful combination here. Just try not to be enamoured by the slivers of OT’s voice that drift around this tune.”
