My Echo call it a day

Melbourne’s My Echo are sadly calling it a day. In the years together they’ve joined the stage with their childhood heroes, have covered every corner of the country countless times and played some of the biggest festivals in Australia. Catch My Echo live one last time this August and September.

“MY ECHO has been a great outlet for me personally. I’ve been cynical of the scene, written songs about love and loss and the good times in between. I’ve never been great at expressing myself outside of rock and roll so it’s something I’m unashamedly devastated about losing.” – vocalist Brenton Perry.

This announcement comes after the release of their debut album titled Brothers earlier this year, along with a huge east coast album tour in support of it.

The album, centred around the quartet’s growing bond as they dealt with vocalist Brenton Perry’s illness.

Catch them one last time at The Worker’s Club, Geelong – August 19
