Potato Festival. Could anything sound more beautiful than that?
Potatoes are one of those miracle vegetables that taste good in just about everything, it only makes sense to have a whole festival dedicated to them.
Showcasing the versatility of the spud, the Potato Festival will stimulate all your senses and go beyond just fries or potato salad. We are talking three cheese gnocchi, potato ice cream, the classic baked potato and more… are you hungry yet?!
The event is a chance to experience the potato in a variety of dishes and forms and watch as the produce of the region is put under the spotlight..
This event is part of the Ballarat Winter Festival and entry is just a cold coin donation.
