There was once a famous royal who was quoted for saying, “Let them eat cake”, and while it had political meanings, we’re more than happy to do so at Armageddon Cake’s Queen’s birthday weekend banquet/high tea.
Featuring eight rounds (with two savoury dishes to cleanse the palate), the high tea features an array of delicious home made cakes with pink champagne cake, chocolate eclairs with vanilla custard, mixed berry cheesecake and chocolate chip cookie cake and more.
The banquet goes down this Sunday (with Monday off work to recover) with two sessions at 10.30am and 2pm. It all costs $45 for the eight courses, with a drink from the menu included.
