Say goodbye to love at first swipe and hello to love at first bite. Organised by Organic Fusions, Geelong’s much-loved Armageddon Cake will play host to a ‘Slow Dating’ event on the evening of Wednesday, May 24.
The event is ticketed and includes the slow dating experience, coffee and/or tea and of course, delicious cakes.
Love birds will be allocated a number, a table and a wing woman or man – and will then have three date-rounds of 30 minutes each. The event will conclude by taking a stroll to the nearby Blackman’s Brewery where there is plenty of locally brewed beer to be sampled.
The event is a chance to get out and have fun, meet like-minded single people and socialise face-to-face. And hey, if the date/s happen to go belly up, at least there will be yummy cake, as well as BEER!
