Pacific Rim Gets a Sequel

The sequel to Pacific Rim has got a release date, though it’s not happening any time soon. We have already heard whispers that director Guillermo del Toro is writing a script for the film with Zak Penn, but now it has been revealed that the film will drop in April 2017. According to an interview del Toro gave with BuzzFeeds, the favourite characters from the first film will return. An animated TV series is also in the works.
