Back for its fifth year, One Electric Day has prepared its most impressive bill yet for 2017.
First cab off the rank and needing no introduction is John Farnham. Literally the voice of the Australian music industry, Farnham has forged an illustrious career behind an ability to generate hit after hit. His debut 1967 release Johnny Farnham stole our hearts but that was just the beginning – the 1980’s dominated by the contemporary singer.
Other features of the bill include Daryl Braithwaite who made his name as the vivacious frontman of Sherbet and then went on to create one of the greatest anthems in Australian history, The Horses. Rounding out the 2017 lineup are Baby Animals, fronted by the influential Suze DeMarchi, Diesel and 1927.
One Electric Day 2017 goes down at the Great Lawn of Werribee Park on Sunday November 26. Tickets on sale Monday May 1 from 9am.
