Absolute legend Tina Arena is heading to Bendigo and Geelong on national tour

There’s no doubt that Tina Arena is a force to be reckoned with. Her voice has sent shivers up spines the world over, and has amassed a huge following since her early days on Young Talent Time. Over her 40 year career in the industry, she has become part of the fabric of Australian music and pop culture.

With the announcement of her Greatest Hits & Interpretations double album, Tina is set to head on tour as of September 6.

As it stands, Tina Arena is the only Australian artist to earn a gold or platinum certification for each of her original albums. She can also sit happy with her many hit singles; I Need Your Body, Chains, Heaven Help My Heart, Sorrento Moon, Burn, Now I Can Dance, Symphony Of Life, Wasn’t It Good, Only Lonely, You Set Fire To My Life and I Want To Love You – hopefully which will be played on tour.

“Today I feel I have finally reached a place where I am 100% comfortable with who I am, and I am free to enjoy my life and my work. The past forty years have indeed been a journey from innocence to understanding, and I can’t wait to celebrate that with Australia,” Arena said.

She stops by Ulumbarra Theatre in Bendigo on Wednesday, September 13 and at Costa Hall in Geelong on Sunday, September 17. Tickets go on sale 9am Thursday, April 27.
