The Wrapped Up festival is like a nice big, fluffy musical blanket and it is taking place at The Eastern, Ballarat on April 1.
The Cannanes, The Ocean Party, Angie, School Damage, The Shifters, Sweet Whirl, Waterfall Person, TEAL AV and Connor Toomey have already been announced, with more to follow. This event is taking place on Wathaurung land.
