After closing the end of last year, popular cafe The Cottage has reopened with new owners, a new name and a refreshed look.
Now called the ‘Pakington Cottage’ – a slight change, but still a change nonetheless – the space has since had a facelift. With a few slicks of paint inside and a refresh of the menu (while still keeping some of the favourites) the cafe no longer has the green wall feature or Golden child book wall.
Instead, a bit of colour has been brought back with a painted feature wall as well and several deco additions.

Nonetheless, here’s to new beginnings in the new year.
