A Night of Great Geelong Stories

In a spirited community event on Friday December 2nd, Geelong’s powerhouse local business ‘kings’ will share their experiences and inspire listeners with their stories.

Hosted by Geelong Women in Business, the Great Geelong Story is an event which aims to encourage the community to support locals, as well as take their own business and life to another level.

Speakers include Robbie Lecchino, the face behind King of the Castle Café in Pakington St and King of the Sandcastle trailer in Barwon Heads, as well as Josiah Munday from The Resident Barber & Nik Pfarrer from Bearded Brothers.

You will also have a chance to snap up some yummy treats and make a donation to the Great Geelong Story raffle, with all proceeds going to the Give Where You Live Foundation’s Feed Geelong Appeal, who distribute food to those out in our community who are doing it tough.

This is a perfect opportunity for any small business owners or local entrepreneurs looking for inspiration, and for any Geelong residents wanting to support their hometown businesses.
Bring a picnic rug and some nibbles to Matthew Flinders Girls Secondary College at 6pm.

Tickets are free and you can find out more via the Facebook Page.
