In sad news of late, Ambrosia on Pako announced via social media it would be closing its doors this weekend with the sangria Sunday the last event set for the venue.
If you’re not familiar with Ambrosia (seriously, what have you been doing?) the restaurant offered quality Greek inspired meal options as well as affordable cocktails – with the gyros popular lunch options and a point of difference for the area.
The restaurant first joined Pakington St three years ago and added to the food culture of what the street has become known for.
Ambrosia’s last official day is this Sunday, November 13, and it’s a fitting finale as it’s sangria Sunday. So get down and celebrate the great things the venue has brought to Geelong. The venue is located at 208A Pakington St, Geelong West and will be open from 11am-11pm on Sunday.
