Life drawing mightn’t be something you’ve ever thought of doing, but with how these new Geelong life drawing classes are run, it’s really an experience everyone should give a try.
Held in the new Laneway Loft studio space above Hilary Holmes Makeup (located at 45 Gheringhap St, Geelong) each Tuesday, the class costs $10 (cash only) and includes all materials needed.
With each class there’s no judgement on ability, and everyone is simply respected for sharing the mutual experience of drawing the human form.
It’s untutored, casual and runs from 6-8pm. If you’re feeling extra game, there may even be the chance to attend the class as the model.
While there won’t be a class run on November 1 (due to the Melbourne Cup public holiday) it runs each week.
