Golden Plains has lifted the lid off another act for their forthcoming incarnation, announcing The Specials will be taking to the Sup’ for 2017.
The Specials popularised the 2 Tone movement, bringing together the sounds of punk, ska, new wave and Jamaica, crafting seminal tracks like A Message To You Rudy and Too Much Too Young in the process. Their well-loved debut album is considered an icon of the genre, and one of Britain’s classic records.
