Tasty chicken is a very serious business, and Belleville are kicking things up a notch with their second poultry slam.
Belleville will go head to head with Blue Bonnet BBQ for a one-off poultry and BBQ themed cook-off to see who really is the ultimate chicken master.
The Bluebonnet team, led by chef and owner Chris Terlikar, will be putting together three BBQ themed poultry courses with their USA flavour, while Belleville chefs Jarrod Moore, Montrice Shumpert and Slash Vala will be cooking up three courses with an Asian BBQ fusion vibe.
Things you can probably expect: smokey beer can chicken, crispy Vietnamese style duck and desserts involving chicken crackling, plus all kinds of dishes from the two parts of the world that do it best.
