Abreact formed out of Bendigo in 2008. They spent several years pushing as hard as they could before they entered the studio in 2012.
In September of that year, they released the single ‘Bomber’. The first to be taken from their debut album Entities, the track spent four weeks at the #1 position on triple j’s Unearthed Metal Chart. The following year, the band earned a spot at the local leg of the Groovin the Moo festival.
In mid 2014, original member Tim Young left the band for other pursuits and was replaced by Aaron Grey. In more recent times, the band took flight to Canada to lay down some tracks at Vancouver’s Warehouse Studio. The Karova, Ballarat – June 3 & Your Break, Warrnambool – June 4.
