Harmony Festival (March 20) brings a celebration of culture to Ballarat’s CBD with an array of music and food from around the world.
The festival begins at the Town Hall at 11am with a parade that show cases a vibrant and diverse range of cultures, beginning with a welcoming from Ballarat’s Indigenous community.
An eclectic range of performers are showcased throughout the day, with art installations, youth activities and a Multicultural Expo.
