With fantastically catchy guitar licks and high energy vocals, the Ambition EP grabs your attention immediately and demands to be listened to all the way through. Lead track ‘Ambition’ sets the bar high for the EP, which is delivered constantly and enthusiastically, even in their slower tracks, like ‘Twenty’. Electric Zebra keeps a steady balance of angst and optimism in their new release and leaves you wanting to jump around the room with stand out track ‘Conversation’. Ambition is easy to listen to and Electric Zebra has a familiar Australian garage rock sound, while still managing to keep things fresh and original. For anyone look for catchy punk rock songs, Ambition is well worth the listen.
