100 Street Artists to Transform Woodend Saw Mill

Art of the Mill will see the old Woodend Saw Mill transformed with half an acre of street art, making it the largest temporary gallery space in regional Australia.

Artists include Adnate, Makatron, Unwell Bunny, Kid Silk, Phibs, Facter, Ohnoes, the Arts Hole studio crew, local artist GT Sewell, ERG crew, Stopem and more. All of the work will be auctioned off, with 20 percent of all sales donated to the Macedon Ranges Wildlife Network – providing care to injured bush wildlife around the area.

With a focus on sustainability, the event will also launch the delivery of a solar PV system at The Mill, aiming to make the current operations on site largely self-sufficient. Art of the Mill will take place this weekend at 988 Black Forest Drive, Woodend (an hour from Melbourne) on Saturday February 27 and Sunday February 28.
