2005, and some mates came together to play what was supposed to be a one-off show in their hometown of Adelaide. But those that were there that night felt something.
It was as if someone or something above looked down upon these men and bestowed them with a power. Ordinary men these were no more. No more were they ordinary. These were now wise men with beautiful manes. Their message was pure: spread the word about beards. Now, after ten years, four studio albums and 56 songs about beards, the magnificent manly men of The Beards are calling it a day.
