Known as “The Band from the Spencer Street Dunnies”, The Resignators have all the proper psychoska nutrients one needs to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The band formed around a decade ago, lending their name The Resignation, an album released by Rx Bandits in 2003.
Taking out a chapter in the ska story of Australia, the band sits alongside the likes of local pioneers such as the Caribs, Strange Tenants, The Porkers and Area-7. While ska is at the heart of their sound, the band isn’t shy when it comes to taking a little of whatever else works. Earlier in the year they released a limited edition, hand-numbered EP titled Fish Outta Water. Old Hepburn Hotel, Hepburn Springs – August 30.
