Recently Joe Mungovan celebrated the three-year anniversary of his single ‘June & July’ coming into the world. It was a song that threw him into the industry, and served as a marker for his change from being a drummer to guitarist/vocalist, though things are quite different from that release.
With the Rainbow Serpent Festival set to arrive shortly, the good team have announced the introduction of ‘The Nest’, a safe space which will offer support services to women, trans and gender-diverse people experiencing harassment at the festival.
2017 will mark the second year of Macarthur’s local event Music In The Vines which celebrates all things art, music and wine. Returning after a massively successful debut year featuring Troy Cassar-Daley as the headliner, this year features a stellar line-up with the likes of Dean Ray, The Settlement and Jade Alice, among many others.
