This year the festival has taken it up a notch with a double headline arrangement which sees Aussie festival favourites, A Day To Remember, return down under to be reunited with their ‘brother band’ and co-headliners, Parkway Drive.
If you’re feeling a little dazed and confused, overwhelmed, or your mates just won’t make a damn decision, we’ve got you covered with a few of the best – tried and tested – New Year’s festivals.
Joining the party this time around is singer-songwriter treasures Dyson Stringer Cloher, sublime troubadour William Crichton, award-winning indigenous folk artist Alice Skye, funky indie collective Approachable Members Of Your Local Community and electro tribal pop duo The Merindas.
To celebrate, we sit down with Augie March, as they share a ‘Track by Track’ of five songs they were listening to on the 2009 tour, and five songs that the band is loving in 2019 that they plan to be listening to on the 2019 tour.
On the first Sunday (August 25), all ages can join Live N Local x FreeZA for a free concert featuring Approachable Members of Your Local Community, yergurl and Tamara and the Dreams.
